Obverse: GOVERNMENT OF INDIA on top centre. Serial number with prefix placed on top and bottom on either side. Bottom two serial numbers are different in font type and smaller in size compared to apove two. In central denomination panel promise text with "TEN" in bold and large font. Below the promise text is language panel containing denomination in four languages in two panels. Below language panel is name of Circle of Issue with mirrored dates on either side. Bottom laft is "FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF I INDIA" in a panel and to right is signature. Denomination panel on either side aligned vertically wat numerals in the Same languages and order as in the language panel, Below denomination canc *10/RUPEES" within double bordered circle. Green underprint of two ovals under serial number and large "TEN" in middle.
