Bottom two serial numbers are different in font type and smaller in size compared to above two. In central denomination panel promise text with "TEN" in bold and large font is placed far such that it divides language panels into two columns. Below the promise text is language panel containing denomination in eight languages in individual panels, four on left half and four on night half. Below language panel identical dates on either side. Bottom left is "FOR THE/GOVERNMENT OF INDIA in a panel and to right is signature. Denomination panel on either side aligned vertically with "RUPEES/10 on top followed by numerals in the Same languages and order as in the language panel. Circle of issue is represented by their initials between language panel and denomination panel on either sides. Red underprint of two ovals under serial number and large "TEN" in middle.
